The Person Behind the Practice

Sunshine HR Partners is led by Rebecca Green, PhD, SHRM-CP — a fractional HR leader with 10+ years of experience building people functions for companies in motion.

I started this practice because I watched too many growing companies treat HR as an afterthought — until something broke. A key person left. A compliance issue surfaced. A culture problem finally became impossible to ignore.

My work is about getting ahead of that. I bring the strategic thinking of a senior HR leader and the hands-on execution of someone who actually builds things. I've built career frameworks that kept people from leaving, implemented HR systems that cut processing time and cost, redesigned recruiting to reduce agency spend significantly, and built succession plans that gave leadership real visibility into their own bench.
